Returns & Exchanges
At Gomila Intersole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury footwear purchase. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
- 3.Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
